He has vast exposure to both the hospital and dental practice environments, looking after patients with complicated medical needs. He has a special interest in oral surgery, sedation and complex aesthetic implant rehabilitation on nervous patients. He started his implant training at the Prestigious Charles Clifford Hospital in Sheffield and subsequently attended numerous advanced implant training courses both in the UK and abroad. He is highly proficient in the field of All on 4, full mouth dental implant rehabilitation where treatment involves a fixed bridge held by implants all done on the same day. He treats over 100 cases a year.

Ihsaan enjoys teaching, which particularly shows in his interaction with patients. He has held several posts including The Royal London dental Hospital training students in sedation as well as being a mentor for NHS England training dentists in improving their practice in oral surgery. He also acts as a mentor for many dental surgeons who wish to embark on the exciting field of Implant Dentistry offering them one-to-one and small group training and live surgery. He has lectured in the UK as well as internationally and has published several articles and research in prestigious medical, dental and surgical journals.

Outside of work, his time is spent with his wife and young family of 2 sons and a daughter. He enjoys live comedy performances and is an avid foodie.

Dr. Sally offers a wide range of orthodontic treatments, including fixed metal and ceramic braces, Invisalign®, lingual orthodontics, Carriere appliances, and jaw surgery planning. She frequently collaborates within multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, integrated care that puts patient comfort and outcomes first.

Sveta graduated in 2003 from the prestigious School of Dentistry, University of Belgrade before undergoing his Master of Sciences in Periodontal Therapy and Oral Medicine. The research for his Doctor of Philosophy was undergone at Queens University Belfast on Mechanisms of Immunomodulation for treatment of periodontitis. He is currently a Clinical Lecturer and an Honorary Consultant in Periodontology in King’s College London Dental School and Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Sveta enjoys teaching, which particularly shows in his interaction with patients and colleagues. He has held several posts including External Examiner for different Universities, Editorial Board Member of Journals, and a Supervisory role for Research students. He has written books, lectured in the UK as well as internationally and has published several articles and research in prestigious medical, dental, and surgical journals. He has attracted several grants and research awards on Periodontal disease and is considered a leading authority on this condition.

His interest in Periodontics stems from the perception that changing patients’ attitude towards oral hygiene and optimising the periodontal tissues set the foundations for achieving oral health and are vital steps before proceeding to advanced dental treatments.

Sveta’s special interests include treatment of periodontitis & peri-implantitis, surgical treatment of non-responsive periodontal defects, periodontal regeneration, soft tissue aesthetics, mucogingival defects, gum grafts, crown lengthening procedures & implant therapy.

Zahra is an award-winning, UK-trained and accredited Consultant in Special Care Dentistry working at the prestigious Royal London dental hospital.  She completed 2 Masters degrees in both Sedation and Special Care Dentistry in 2011 (Kings College, London) and Healthcare Management in 2016 (City University, London). Zahra is well renowned in the academic dental circles with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work nationally and internationally. She is heavily involved in undergraduate and postgraduate sedation teaching and is a member of the SAAD teaching faculty. Her clinical interests include intravenous sedation (basic and advanced techniques) for patients with challenging behaviour and those undergoing implant surgery.
