At Zental, we believe that dental implants are the most natural-looking way of replacing missing teeth. Implants look, feel and function exactly as a natural tooth and can be used to replace a single tooth, several teeth, or even an entire upper or lower jaw. They can also work as anchors for denture implants, known as implant-retained dentures, to prevent them from slipping or coming loose when eating.

This is about restoring a patients smile when they have lost all their teeth either in the upper jaw or lower jaw (or both). Or if their diagnosis is that their teeth need to be removed and will need replacing. This procedure involves placing four implants plus a full set of replacement teeth on the same day.
This will depend on you but the majority of the treatment of placing dental implants and attaching an arch of teeth is possible in one day, some instances we may suggest you wait whilst the implants fuse to the bone. This typically takes three months. Then we can attach the new teeth.
Patients are amazed about how comfortable the treatment is. All implants are placed under local anesthetic so the site is numb and pain free. You may experience some discomfort and swelling after the surgery but this can be managed by painkillers.
